On submit, a pending enrollment record is created and the class's enrolled count is incremented.

Email 1 — "Enrolment Received" sent instantly via Resend on form submission

After submitting the form, the parent is redirected to Stripe Checkout to pay by card (AED 2,000 for Online, AED 3,000 for In-Person). On success, they're redirected back to a confirmation screen. Behind the scenes, Stripe fires a checkout.session.completed webhook that marks the invoice as paid automatically.

The admin logs into the Admin Dashboard and reviews pending enrollments. When they click Confirm, the enrollment status changes to confirmed, which triggers an automation that: invites the parent as an app user, auto-creates an invoice (due in 14 days), and sends the acceptance letter with payment details.

Parents see a visual progress tracker showing weeks completed out of 8. When all 8 weeks are complete, a certificate of completionis issued and downloadable from the dashboard.
